According to the National Association of Realtors, sales of existing homes totaled 4.72 million units in Feb. This is up 5.1% from the January total of 4.49 million units. This was the largest monthly sales jump since July 2003.
There are currently 824 single family homes and 250 condo/townhomes on the market in Rochester, MN.
