I’m starting to notice less bad news in the real estate marketplace. I can’t help but think this is probably a great thing!
For months on end we were inundated with negative home sales data and news. Could this mean the end is in sight, that we may be at a bottom? I don’t expect a massive recovery soon but it sure is nice not to hear all the negativity day in and day out!
