When I’m working with a seller to properly stage their property I like to start in the kitchen. I like to see a clean kitchen totally clear of anything on tables or countertops. Show off space! A decluttered kitchen appears large and full of useful counter space!
I then move room to room with the same theme in mind. Keep things clean and decluttered!
This may seem simple but your property will stand out to buyers. Keep in mind that this is all assuming your home is priced properly. No amount of marketing or staging will sell an overpriced property.
