Homebuyer Tax Credit Extended & Expanded

The tax credit that helped spur the Rochester, MN real estate market so far in 2009 has been extended and expanded. To qualify for the tax credit so long as a written binding contract to purchase is in effect on April 30, 2010, the purchaser will have until July 1, 2010to close.
